A visit to Østenfor near Moss, Norway

You can read on their Facebook page: “Østenfor is a shop which sells products which communicate hope.” That sentence covers my impression of the shop, too!
They sell wodden toys, jewellery, interior and food from all parts of the world. And most importantly, their own redesign of furniture and clothing.  Made by people who are in rehabilitation. There is also a little café with home-made food and cakes, and delicious coffee.
The owner has managed to create a trendy shop with a good mix of products from their own production and from manufacturers. I recommend a trip out of Oslo for this shop – it´s worth a detour!
And luckily, I met the blogger Revinyl, too. Have a look at her blog here.
Cute childrens clothing and redesign furniture.
Lifestyle cocoa from Berlin – I just couldn´t resist buying it – what a cool package design!
Fresh colors for the kids room.
The shop is full of redesign products.
This bag is made out of safety belts from a car. Nice!
You will also find lifestyle products like limonade from France and Sweden – mixed with real home-made musli. Nice combination!
Knitted products from another rehabilitation company, Mosaikk in Horten.
